Andi Jo welcomed her daughter, Astella, into the world prematurely after Astella was diagnosed with massive gastroschisis, an abdominal wall defect. Her doctor recommended MN Neonatal Physicians. “We did know early on that Astella would be a preemie because of her birth defect”, said Andi Jo, “I was very excited to deliver just steps away from the NICU.”
Andi Jo recalls, “The communication was wonderful. Our family had a good idea of what to expect once we delivered, and the team of doctors on staff helped put our minds at ease and worked closely together in Astella’s recovery. Thanks to this team, we had the best experience possible, and are now blessed with a healthy, caring, vibrant daughter.”
